This wooden panel is 23 inches wide and 31 inches high, with a chestnut oil finish. It features a handcarved rendering of the Buddha's face, turned to the right and closely cropped in a solid border. This peaceful portrait would fit well on the left side of a window or doorway.

This line of wood wall decor is handmade from Monkey Pod wood which comes from very plentiful tree species in South East Asia. Each piece is finished with all natural, non-toxic oils, making them safe for any area of the home and non-damaging to the environment. All of these products were hand-carved and finished by local Chiang Mai, Thailand artisans.

Product Care: Monkey Pod is a durable wood, so it can survive outdoors if properly finished and in a covered area. We recommend tung or teak oil, as they're eco-friendly and naturally water resistant. While direct sunlight can cause more cracking on the ends of Monkey Pod wood, you can rub a natural wood oil to seal it and preserve its natural beauty.
