This striking panel is about two-and-a-half feet wide and four feet tall, handmade out of Monkey Pod wood with a black oil finish. It depicts a resting Buddha, serving as a peaceful reminder to seek happiness in everyday life. While carved from a solid piece of wood, the panel is divided into three sections for ease of moving. It can either be hung traditionally or set on a desktop or low bookshelf to lean against the wall for a more casual look.

This line of wooden wall decor is handmade from Monkey Pod, which comes from very plentiful tree species in South East Asia. Each piece is finished with all natural, non-toxic oils, making them safe for any area of the home and non-damaging to the environment. All of these products were hand-carved and finished by local Chiang Mai, Thailand artisans.

Product Care: Monkey Pod is a durable wood, so it can survive outdoors if properly finished and in a covered area. We recommend tung or teak oil, as they're eco-friendly and naturally water resistant. While direct sunlight can cause more cracking on the ends of Monkey Pod wood, you can rub a natural wood oil to seal it and preserve its natural beauty.
