How To Clean Bamboo Rugs

Bamboo rugs have padding on the back that will dry if wet, but its not recommended to leave them outside in the rain. They can be used outside on a covered patio or deck but should not be exposed to heavy rain or snow. For bamboo rugs that are used in an outdoor area, the cleaning process is the same. You may want to clean them more often to prevent dirt from being brought into the house as well.

Its best to use only water and a mop or natural cleaning products when cleaning your bamboo rug. Simply shake outside and then wipe down with a mop. Once dry, place back and you're all set.
