This teak spa mat is made from finely sanded and teak oil finished wood slats and spans about 2 1/4 feet wide by 1 and 1/2 feet long. It is commonly placed in front of a bath or shower as a comfortable mat to step on. The teak wood used is regulated by the Royal Forestry Department of Thailand. Most teak products are made from farmed teak wood and, if maintained properly, will last for years. All of our bath decor products are hand-carved, assembled and finished by local Chiang Mai, Thailand artisans to support their local farms and communities.

NOTE: No two natural wood products are the same! Our wood products may have different variations in tone, small cracks that are sanded and finished, knots or other slight imperfections. This is a result of them being hand-picked and hand-carved pieces so every single one is unique.
