Most teak products are made from farmed teak wood and, if maintained properly, will last for years. Mango wood furniture is also highly sustainable, as it is made from a versatile, fast-growing tree. Solid wood furniture made from monkey pod wood is also a sustainable option. Monkey pod wood comes from Acacia trees, another highly abundant species found in Southeast Asia.
